  • The path of the Peaceful Warrior is one that I have a strong passion for. I strive to lead by example, sometimes I fall short but I never ask my students to do anything that I can not do, or have not been able to do at some point in my life. The martial arts are a lifelong path. I hope to light the way for my students (children and adults) so that they can see the way ahead and reach forward to strengthening their bodies, opening their minds, and freeing their spirits.
